Each week we will focus on one of these pillars and use the tools of Yoga Therapy to shed layers and connect deeper with our bodies.
Learning to listen to our bodies is more important than ever, with life constantly happening all around us. The body is always talking to us, but sometimes it’s hard to hear what it has to say over all the noise.
So let’s move, let’s breathe and let’s connect and see if we can learn to hear the whispers of the body.
This is not a Yoga Workshop and no previous experience with yoga is required!
