This workshop is built around 3 pillars.

Move, Breathe, Connect.

Each week we will focus on one of these pillars and use the tools of Yoga Therapy to shed layers and connect deeper with our bodies.

Moving into everyday life after summer can feel like an obsticle for many of us. Settling back into routine and realising that summer is coming to an end. My intention is that we can make this change, this transition a little smoother.

Learning to listen to our bodies is more important than ever, with life constantly happening all around us. The body is always talking to us, but sometimes it’s hard to hear what it has to say over all the noise.

So let’s move, let’s breathe and let’s connect and see if we can learn to hear the whispers of the body.
